| Objective |
Rearing of the dogs (ASSISTANCE DOGS) who help the disabled and the aged
people's independence. ADI was established based on the assistance dogs
program of SALA (Save Animals Love Animals) NETWORK, and its main object
is to rear assistance dogs with the candidates among the rescued dogs. |

Administrative office is set up as the base of the organization's all clerical
works and public relations managed by the office staff members. |

Hold the representative right.
Must be familiar with animal protection, breeding and handling dogs and
cats, animal-related regulations, etc. and also must cope with the matters
related to these. |

| Represent the opinion of the organization and the administrative office,
and also responsible for public relations. |

| Advisor |
Can provide the organization with technical knowledge and advice.
Not involved in the organization's management. |

| Legal Advisor |
Cope with all legal troubles relating to the organization's management
and take proper measures. |

Consist of Representative, Chief Administrative Officer, medical doctor,
Coordinator and Chief Crew |
| Structure |
A. Hold a resolution right - Representative, Chief Administrative Officer,
Coordinator and Crew (Full Members)
B. Do not hold a resolution right - Advisor, Legal Advisor, Supporting
members, Trainers, Medical doctors, Group members, Corporate members, non-member
volunteers, Puppy raisers, etc.

| Shelters |
Find families (puppy raisers) who temporarily take care of dogs as many
as possible in various places. Find families (senior raisers) who take
life-long care of dogs as many as possible in various places. |
| Technical supporters |
Try to maintain cooperation as much as possible from Veterinarians, Animal
nurses, Trainers, Trimmers, those who with medical doctor's license (intern
acceptable), Interpreters & Translators. |

- Basically, activities are carried out by the members and the organization
is operated with the membership fees, donations, contributions and business
income.
- The board of directors select Representative, Chief Administrative Officer
and Accountant with more than 2/3 trust. The selected Representative, Chief
Administrative Officer and Accountant will also act as directors.
- The board of directors administrative office staff members and editorial
committee members, 3 people each, are selected. The selected people will
work on clerical works and bulletin production respectively.
- The board of directors must request all of the Crew members for their letters
of attorney in case of the revision of the regulations.
- Each member should try to let the society be aware of the present condition
of animals in Japan widely and expand the circle of activities and cooperation.
- Each member will cooperate in maintaining and operating the organization,
and will positively participate in activities and events.
- Each member will use his/her skills (driving a car, medical and other techniques,
etc.) for the organization's activities, maintenance and operation.
- Basically, a bulletin "ADI News" is published twice a year, and
the members list is up-dated once a year.
- A membership fee is collected every year and the term of one year is April
to March next year. Maintain and operate the organization.

Based on animal protection spirit, "SALA NETWORK", the parent
organization of ADI, aims at protection, rearing and adoptive family finding
for those dogs and cats who were lost, abondoned and lost at disaster.
The organization consists of members, and is funded and operated with the
membership fees, donations and some business income. And it has a subsidiary
organization called "SALA JUNIOR CLUB" with the main purpose
to promote children's animal protection spirit and culture of sentiments.
On the other hand, it also has "Assistance Dogs Program" and
it aims at "assistance and hearing dogs rearing and promotion"
with candidates among the rescued dogs. This program is one of the means
to help the aging society and the disabled people for their independence.
