If GOJ thinks culling the Fukushima livestock is humane, they are wrong! It is barbaric and unnecessary. It is imperative that all living animals within the 20km zone are immediately relocated. If GOJ and TEPCO continue in the direction they are headed, to bury their heads in the sand and refuse to take responsibility for the Fukushima livestock and pets, then tragically they are leading the country of Japan back into the dark ages.
